Founded in 1997 by former sommelier Hervé Bizeul, Domaine du Clos des Fées transformed steep, long-abandoned terraces between Vingrau and Tautavel, in the Côtes du Roussillon, into one of the region's most closely watched estates. The vineyard is stitched together from strikingly different terroirs — limestone, black schist, granite and clay strewn with pebbles — each vinified separately to capture its own character.
