Champagne Perrot-Batteux

Established in 1985 by Maryline and Gervais Perrot in Bergères-lès-Vertus, on the Côte des Blancs, Champagne Perrot-Batteux is a small family domaine of around 6 hectares, planted almost entirely to Chardonnay on chalky soils. After a hiatus in production, the estate was revived by daughters Cynthia and Céline, whose work now lends the house its 'et Filles' name and its focus on elegant, terroir-driven Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs.
