Domaine Fangsi

Founded in 2022 by a group of young sommeliers and winemakers, Domaine Fangsi, also known as Domaine Freemind, is one of the most creative new names in Chinese wine, with its winemaking led by Australia-trained Yao Ningning. The estate farms around 10 hectares in Ningxia's Helan Mountain East region, vineyards first planted in 2013 by Yao Ningning's father on poor, stony gravel soils that push the vines to root deep. Among the great wines of Domaine Fangsi, you will find in particular the single-vineyard Cabernet Franc 'Baixia' and the Cabernet Sauvignon 'Buyaojing' and more at The Vintage Wine Club Hong Kong.
