Champagne Elise Bougy

A young grower-producer in the Montagne de Reims village of Les Mesneux, Champagne Elise Bougy is built on just 3 hectares, some planted by Elise's grandparents in 1965, split between her home Premier Cru village and a parcel in the grand cru of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Farmed organically and biodynamically, the tiny estate has quickly earned a reputation as one of Champagne's most compelling new voices.
