Founded in 2009 by Samuel Billaud, heir to one of Chablis's most respected winemaking families, the domaine draws its fruit from parcels across the appellation's finest terroirs, including the grands crus Les Clos, Vaudésir and Blanchots. Farmed organically and vinified with a light hand to preserve the region's signature minerality, the estate has quickly earned a place among Chablis's leading producers.
