Tasting notes
A brilliant expression of Grand Cru Chablis, this wine opens with a fine, aromatic bouquet of white flowers, orange oil, and nutmeg, lifted by subtle herbaceous and mineral undertones. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, revealing depth and concentration with a vivid tension that speaks to the site's chalky terroir. The finish is persistent and saline, offering a refreshing clarity and precision.
This is a highly refined and age-worthy Chablis, combining elegance and structure with impressive aging potential. A wine of nuance, balance, and poise.

"From three parcels, the 2020 Chablis Vaudésir Grand Cru has an expressive bouquet with orchard fruit, orange blossom and light chalky aromas, showing more complexity than the Blanchots. The palate is well balanced with a taut line of acidity, nicely focused, quite saline in the mouth, but (again) it needs more substance and grip on the finish." Vinous, 91 Points
