Francois d'Allaines

Based in Demigny, on the plain between the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise, François d'Allaines built his négociant-éleveur house on a simple conviction: that Burgundy's wines should show their terroir and vintage rather than the oak they age in. Sourcing fruit from growers across the region, from Chablis in the north to the Mâconnais in the south, the house has become known among collectors for honest, unadorned Burgundy at fair value.
