Domaine du Roc des Boutires

Founded in 2016 by the Parinet family, also owners of Château du Moulin-à-Vent in Beaujolais, Domaine du Roc des Boutires farms 35 organic hectares of Chardonnay across the Pouilly-Fuissé and Mâcon-Solutré appellations, just west of the limestone cliffs of the Roche de Solutré. Its name recalls the old 'boutières,' mule-tracks once used to carry oil and wine through this remote corner of the Mâconnais.
