Chateau La Tour de L'Eveque

Once the summer residence of the archbishops of Toulon, Château La Tour de l'Évêque has belonged to the Sumeire family since 1958, when Roger Sumeire, one of five children of family founder Gabriel Sumeire, took charge of the estate. Now led by his daughter Régine, who created Provence's first pale rosé, 'Pétale de Rose', in 1985, the property farms 66 hectares in the Côtes de Provence hills above Pierrefeu-du-Var. Among the great wines of Château La Tour de l'Évêque, you will find in particular 'Pétale de Rose' and 'Le Blanc de Blancs' and more at The Vintage Wine Club Hong Kong.
