Domaine Jonathan Pabiot

Based in the hamlet of Les Loges, in the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation on the right bank of the Loire, Domaine Jonathan Pabiot is a family estate that has become one of the reference points of the appellation.

Taking over from his father Didier, Jonathan Pabiot has focused on the vineyard above all, with meticulous farming and a deep attention to each parcel. His goal is to let Pouilly-Fumé's diversity of soils speak clearly in the glass.

The wines are precise, mineral Sauvignon Blancs grown on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone and flint, the soils that give Pouilly-Fumé its famous smoky, saline edge.

Each cuvée expresses a different facet of the appellation. 'Prélude' and 'Florilège' are taut and vibrant, while 'Eurythmie', 'Prédilection' and 'Utopia' offer more depth, texture and ageing potential, some with barrel ageing.
