Domaine Bruno Clair
Domaine Bruno Clair is one of Burgundy’s most respected domaines, celebrated for its precise, terroir-driven wines across the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Founded in the late 1970s by Bruno Clair, grandson of the legendary Joseph Clair of Domaine Clair-Daü, the estate carries forward a legacy of excellence while showcasing a modern, elegant style of winemaking.
With 23 hectares of vineyards spread over some of Burgundy’s most prized appellations—including Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Marsannay, and Corton-Charlemagne—the domaine is renowned for producing wines of purity, balance, and finesse.
The red wines of Domaine Bruno Clair are known for their aromatic intensity, combining red and black fruit with floral notes, minerality, and fine-grained tannins. These wines are structured yet elegant, offering both immediate pleasure and remarkable aging potential. The white wines, notably Corton-Charlemagne and Marsannay Blanc, display freshness, precision, and a distinct mineral backbone.
