Chateau la Roulerie

Its name said to derive from a 14th-century knight, Raoul, Château de la Roulerie stands in the Anjou hills around a gravity-fed cellar built on three levels into its hillside. Acquired in 2004 by the Bordeaux-rooted Germain family, the estate now farms 37 hectares certified organic since 2015, drawing on old Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc vines across a patchwork of rich, varied terroirs.
