Who handles the delivery ?

We have our own drivers to provide the fastest and safest delivery service. You can trust us, your wine is in good hands, delivered in refrigerated trucks.

I need to receive my order at an appointed day and time. Is that possible ?

Yes ! you can provide us with your delivery instructions by email at order@thevintageclub.hk once your order is placed.
You can select your preferred time window:

Slot 1 : Morning between 10am and 2pm

Slot 2 : Early afternoon between 2pm and 6pm

and indicate your chosen date(s) or day(s) of the week. You may also add any other useful comments such as housekeeper’s contact number, holidays dates to avoid, or instruction to hide your delivery in your shoe cabinet, etc. We will do our best to accommodate.
By default, deliveries are scheduled in the next earliest available time slot.

What do I do if a bottle is broken in transit ?

No worries. Please notify us at order@thevintageclub.hk within 24 hours of your delivery. We will proceed to a refund if you have accepted the package.

WINE SELECTION

I am looking for a certain wine which is not listed on your website. How can I get it ?

Unfortunately, not all the wines that we carry are available on the website yet (though we are gradually putting in more selections for you!).
You can email us: order@thevintageclub.hk to check if the wine is available.

Do you have an old wines list ?

Yes, we have a special Old Wines list available upon request. All wines are stored properly in Hong Kong and available for express delivery.

Can I buy Bordeaux En-Primeurs with Vintage ?

Yes, thanks to our partnership with Ficofi, we are able to give you access to the best Bordeaux Grands Crus at special prices. Contact us at order@thevintageclub.hk if you need more information.
