Domaine Camille & Guillaume Boillot

Founded with the 2022 vintage by Camille and Guillaume Boillot, this young domaine draws on deep winemaking roots on either side of the Côte de Beaune, farming small parcels across Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet alongside the family's home ground of Volnay and Pommard. Guillaume trained for over a decade alongside his father Henri Boillot, while Camille is the fifth generation of the Violot-Guillemard winemaking family of Pommard, and together they craft a small, precise range of white and red cuvées that sold out on their debut release.
