Chateau du Moulin a Vent

Established in 1924 by vignerons of Romanèche and Thorins, the Moulin-à-Vent appellation is one of France's oldest, predating national AOC status by more than a decade, and takes its name from a centuries-old stone windmill still standing on Les Thorins hill. Since 2009 the Parinet family has restored Château du Moulin-à-Vent's 30 hectares across six distinct granite terroirs, converting the vineyard to organic farming and reviving old-vine massale selections.
