Domaine Rolet

Founded in 1942 by Désiré Rolet, Domaine Rolet passed to his four children before entering, in 2018, a new chapter under three families with backgrounds spanning hospitality, sport and Burgundy winemaking. Farming 66 hectares across Arbois, Côtes du Jura, L'Étoile and Château-Chalon, it is the second-largest independent estate in the Jura, producing the region's full range of specialities, from Chardonnay and Savagnin to the celebrated vin jaune.
