This yellow wine displays the quintessential, intense bouquet of the style, led by fresh walnut and layered with subtle nutty complexity. The palate is rich and powerful, yet beautifully balanced, with a full body lifted by fine, precise acidity. Domaine Rolet is one of the most iconic estates in the Jura region, renowned for showcasing the area’s full diversity of terroirs and grape varieties. Today, the domaine is managed by three families with deep roots in wine and entrepreneurship: the Devillard family (esteemed Burgundy winemakers behind Château de Chamirey, Domaine des Perdrix, Domaine de la Ferté, and Domaine de la Garenne), the Flambert family, and the Dupuis family. Together, they have elevated Rolet to a new level of excellence and international recognition.
