Mas de Daumas Gassac

Discovered by the Guibert family in 1970 in a remote valley near Aniane, Mas de Daumas Gassac produced its first vintage in 1978 under the guidance of the celebrated oenologist Émile Peynaud, who later called it the birth of a grand cru. The vineyard site was first noted by Saint Benedict of Aniane in the 780s, and its rare glacial soils were later compared by geologist Henri Enjalbert to Burgundy's finest terroirs. Among the great wines of Mas de Daumas Gassac, you will find in particular the White and the 'Emile Peynaud' Red and more at The Vintage Wine Club Hong Kong.
