Domaine de Terrebrune

Georges Delille, a Paris-trained sommelier, acquired the hillsides that became Domaine de Terrebrune in 1963 and spent the following decade terracing and replanting them by hand; his son Reynald, after studying oenology, joined him for the estate's first bottling in 1980. The organically farmed, 30-hectare property in Ollioules is built around Mourvèdre, which makes up 85% of its Bandol red, aged in a subterranean cellar dug into the hillside in 1975. Among the great wines of Domaine de Terrebrune, you will find in particular the Bandol Rosé and Bandol Blanc and more at The Vintage Wine Club Hong Kong.
