Chateau Olivier

Ringed by a medieval moat 11 kilometres from Bordeaux, Château Olivier has belonged to the Bethmann family for over 130 years and is classified as a Cru Classé de Graves for both its red and white wines, a distinction held by only a handful of Pessac-Léognan estates. The 230-hectare domain, including 60 hectares under vine on limestone-clay soils, is protected as a natural reserve of forest and wildlife around the château.
