The Thomas family has grown vines in Verdigny, in the heart of Sancerre, since 1670; Julien Thomas, the estate's current custodian, represents the thirteenth generation. Farming 16 hectares, Julien has steered the domaine toward organic and biodynamic practices, with green harvesting and native-yeast fermentation shaping wines of increasing precision.
