Domaine Chifflet

Domaine Chifflet is a young estate with old roots: Paul Chifflet is the third generation of his family to farm vines in Saint-Joseph, but the first to bottle the harvest himself rather than send it to the local cooperative, beginning with the 2021 vintage. His one hectare of steep, hand-tended granite parcels around the hamlet of Verdelette is split into five micro-cuvées, each named for the grower who first planted it, farmed organically and guided by a former head grower at Domaine Jean-Louis Chave.
