The 2022 Domaine Rolet 'L'Etoile' Chardonnay features a lively attack, a palate supported by tension, and a good amplitude from barrel aging. It displays a golden color with notes of dried fruits, almonds, and hazelnuts. The palate is textural, with good acidity remaining. This Chardonnay is a great introduction to Jura wines, as it resembles a white Burgundy Chardonnay without being oxidized.
