Tasting notes
This expressive Bourgogne Chardonnay delivers a creamy yet refreshing profile, with a full-bodied mouthfeel and vibrant, racy acidity. Aromas of cashew, baked apple, and fresh cream unfold on the nose, while the palate reveals an elegant interplay of ripe fruit and subtle oak. The finish is crisp and invigorating, reflecting both finesse and balance — a fine example of François d'Allaines’ craftsmanship.
