Marc of the Jura is obtained after distilling the solid parts of our grapes (the marc). It is aged in oak barrels for more than 6 years which makes it fit into the category Old Marc of the Jura. Amber dress with golden highlights. Its powerful nose opens with notes of cinnamon and orange zest. Delicate and round, the mouth grows on dried fruits.

Domaine Rolet is one of the most iconic estates in the Jura region, renowned for showcasing the area’s full diversity of terroirs and grape varieties. Today, the domaine is managed by three families with deep roots in wine and entrepreneurship: the Devillard family (esteemed Burgundy winemakers behind Château de Chamirey, Domaine des Perdrix, Domaine de la Ferté, and Domaine de la Garenne), the Flambert family, and the Dupuis family. Together, they have elevated Rolet to a new level of excellence and international recognition.
