This regional Bourgogne Blanc offers a clean, sunny expression of Chardonnay from Vincent Bouzereau's Côte de Beaune holdings, with fresh citrus and orchard-fruit aromatics, white flowers, and a light touch of the estate's Meursault-honed minerality on the palate. It's a bright, food-friendly white made to be enjoyed on release or within a couple of years, rather than a wine built for extended cellaring.
More About The Winery
Domaine Vincent Bouzereau is based in Meursault, in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune, where Vincent and his wife Aline established the estate in 1990, building on viticultural knowledge passed down from Vincent's father and grandfather. In 1992 the couple acquired and renovated the historic Meursault property known as l'Asile Bourgogne, expanding it with new cellar facilities. The domaine now farms roughly ten hectares across several Côte de Beaune villages, producing both white and red wines that range from regional bottlings up to Grand Cru, with a hands-on, family approach to viticulture and winemaking.
