La Source Gabriel

La Source Gabriel is a cuvée from Château La Tour de l'Évêque, the Provençal estate the Sumeire family — with roots in nearby Trets dating to the 13th century — has farmed since 1958. Régine Sumeire, who pioneered the pale, whole-cluster style of Provençal rosé in the 1980s, farms some 66 hectares biodynamically and organically, using gravity alone to move the wine through the cellar.
