Domaine du Bouchot

Established in 1985 by Rachel and Pascal Kerbyke, Domaine du Bouchot farms just 10 hectares near Saint-Andelain in the southern reaches of Pouilly-Fumé, becoming the appellation's first certified organic producer in 2009 and later biodynamic. Its oldest plots, Les Coûtes and Les Sapins, were planted in 1955 and inspired the flagship cuvée MCMLV, named for that vintage in Roman numerals. Now run by Antoine Gouffier, the estate was named La Revue du Vin de France's 'Discovery of the Year' in 2022.
