Grape

It is a blend of three Burgundian grape varietals : Chardonnay, Aligoté and Pinot Noir. Chardonnay gives finess to our Crémant de Bourgogne, Aligoté gives nervosity and Pinot Noir gives structure.

Tasting notes

Crémant de Bourgogne is made according to the « methode champenoise » thanks to a rigorous selection in order to obtain a top quality cuvée.

The blend of 3 different grapes; Chardonnay gives the finesse to the Crémant de Bourgogne, while Aligoté provides the nervosity and Pinot Noir gives the structure.

Pale golden color with yellow tints. Delicate sparkling with pure and light bouquet made up of green apple aromas, lime and stone mineral notes. Good balance on the palate, between vivacity and strength. Supple and charming crémant.
