This rosé is the fruit of a partnership between Régine Sumeire, owner of Château de la Tour de l’Évêque, and his nephew, Roger Blanc-Sumeire, who works with the vines and manages the estate of Font-Freye.

Produced at Château la Tour de l'Evêque, this wine is spicy, full of ripe red fruits and vividly textured. The peppery bite is a sign of a young wine and it will soften into the red fruits. Drink from late 2021.
More About The Winery
La Source Gabriel is produced by Château La Tour de l'Évêque, owned by the Sumeire family since 1958 in Pierrefeu-du-Var, at the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation. The property spans some 89 hectares, with 66 hectares under vine surrounding the château itself. The estate pioneered the modern pale, aromatic style of Provençal rosé with its “Pétale de Rose” cuvée in 1985, and its vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, reflecting the family's long-standing commitment to expressing the terroir of Pierrefeu with minimal intervention.
