At the heart of La Paulée lies its Bring Your Own Wine tradition. Every guest brings bottles from their own cellar to open and share. Hosted at the Grand Hyatt Hong-Kong, La Paulée 2026 will feature a Burgundian-inspired menu designed to pair seamlessly with your wines, alongside a showcase of some of Burgundy’s most iconic domaines.

6:30 PM – En Primeur Bourgogne Tasting
Begin the evening with a privileged preview of the latest Burgundy vintage.
7:30 PM – Cocktail Reception

8:00 PM – La Paulée Dinner
