Our annual Egly-Ouriet release returns with a tightly limited selection of Grand Cru, Premier Cru and some of the domaine’s most sought-after cuvées.

Due to extremely limited quantities, wishlist submissions do not guarantee allocation. Once allocations are finalised, successful requests will receive an invoice.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
ETA in Hong Kong late Q1 2027 (subject to change).
How the Wishlist Works
1. Choose your wines
Select the cuvées and quantities you would like to request.
2. Submit your wishlist by 1 October
Special release pricing applies to wishlist requests submitted by the deadline.
3. Allocation confirmation
Once final allocations are confirmed, we will contact you with the final invoice.
4. Complete payment
Orders will be invoiced in Hong Kong Dollars.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

Champagne Egly-Ouriet
Francis Egly is widely considered one of the finest grower-producers in Champagne. His wines are built on old vines, some over 50 years in Ambonnay and Bouzy, with Pinot Noir at their core. Low yields, long ageing on lees, and zero compromise produce Champagnes of extraordinary depth and complexity. The Vignes de Bisseuil 1er Cru is the entry point; the Millesimes are collectors' items.
