Beyond our wine cellar, this collection gathers a small, carefully chosen selection of spirits and eaux-de-vie from some of France's most respected distilling houses, from aged Cognac to artisanal fruit brandies made in tiny batches. Each bottle is selected for the same reason we choose our wines: a distinct sense of place and craft, whether from the Grande Champagne vineyards of Cognac or the orchards of Alsace. Among these spirits, you will find in particular Cognac Frapin '15 Years Old' Premier Cru Grande Champagne and Domaine Valentin Zusslin Eau de Vie Framboise and more at The Vintage Wine Club Hong Kong.
