Hong Kong's subtropical climate — hot and humid from May to October, regularly exceeding 33°C — makes cold chain delivery not a luxury but a necessity for fine wine. A bottle of aged Burgundy or a back-vintage Bordeaux left in a standard delivery vehicle during Hong Kong's summer heat can suffer irreversible damage: accelerated oxidation, volatile acidity, and the flattening of precisely the aromatic complexity you paid for.

At The Vintage Wine Club, every delivery is made in temperature-controlled, refrigerated vehicles maintaining a stable 14–16°C from our warehouse to your door. This cold chain is standard across all orders — not a premium add-on.

It is the same standard we apply to imports: every bottle travels from the producing estate to Hong Kong under temperature control, arriving in the same condition as when it left the cellar.

Free next-day delivery on all orders above HK$1,500 — placed before 3pm for delivery the following day.

For orders below HK$1,500, a delivery fee applies — contact us for details.

Same-day delivery is available on orders placed before noon, subject to an additional charge.
