Tasting notes

A dense colour tending towards dark garnet. After brief airing, the nose develops with finesse and subtlety. Its generous palate takes you to a basket of red fruit on a summer’s day. A silky finish with very mellow tannins.

Emilien is a sophisticated wine that can be drunk young, thanks to its velvety tannins, or aged to discover the full depth of its terroir. It is a wine of great longevity. Non-filtered wine.
