The 2018 Domaine Valentin Zusslin Gewurztraminer "Bollenberg" is a beautifully crafted, off-dry white wine made from biodynamically farmed vines. It shines in the glass with a bright golden yellow hue, and opens with intense, complex aromas of lychee, rose petals, sweet spices, and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is soft, round, and enveloping, balanced by a thread of vibrant acidity that lifts the wine and carries it to a long, mineral-driven finish.
