Tasting Notes: This Grand Cru Pinot Noir exhibits a highly expressive nose with fresh and crisp fruit aromas. On the palate, it is fleshy and generous, showcasing spicy notes with an elegant, prolonged finish. The wine is noted for its depth and complexity, revealing layers of flavors including dark cherry, spices, and floral undertones. It is well-balanced with a fine acidity that ensures its aging potential.
Vinification and Aging: The grapes are meticulously sorted to remove any damaged berries, ensuring only the finest fruit is used. After destemming, the berries undergo cold maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 12 months in new oak barrels (100%) and an additional 5 months in tanks to achieve a harmonious integration of flavors.
