Cabrose comes from a sandy, clay-limestone terroir, with natural grassing and organic and biodynamic work. This cuvée is Ecocert certified. Aged in stainless steel tanks with 50% made with the saignée method and therefore resulting richer and more structured wine. This cuvée is full of fruit and offers a beautiful tension with notes of bitterness. A Cabernet Franc beautifully enhanced.
