Tasting notes: 'On the eye, it is brightly coloured, quite unctuous with pronounced and persistent legs. On the nose, you can smell white flowers and honeyed candied fruit, wrapped lightly in oak, revealing its complexity, quality and richness.
On the palate, the aromatic intensity and great maturity of the vintage, offset by a very refreshing finish, are confirmed.
This balance between freshness, finesse and maturity suggests a great white wine that will keep for a long time. But such is its array of qualities, you can enjoy it already.'

About the Winery

There is no person that has done more to elevate the quality and prestige of the wines of Les Baux de Provence than Eloi Dürrbach, who began planting vines in the three valleys(Tre Vallon)in 1973. 20 years later in 1993, the AOC legislation authorized a maximum of 20% Cabernet Sauvignon in the vineyards. The family chose to forego their appellation status and honor their blend, which had brought international attention to the appellation and to the domaine due to the pedigree and agreeability of the wines.

Today, the estate is heralded as a beacon for integrity and unwavering quality. Since their origin the vineyards have been managed organically. Everything here is done with devotion. Since their origin the farming is all organic, with an emphasis on deep root penetration and low yields. The winemaking is decidedly natural and non-interventionist. Fermentations are the whole cluster and aging is virtually all in neutral foudres.
