Tasting notes
The NV Champagne Rosé Cuvée, based on the 2019 vintage, shines with a luminous pale pink hue. Crafted with around 5% still red wine from old-vine plots in Ambonnay, it opens with a vibrant nose of fresh raspberries, ripe peach or nectarine, and a hint of saline minerality. On the palate, it’s both powerful and refined, offering generous ripeness with layers of orange oil, citrus zest, and grapefruit. The finish is clean, stony, and persistent, reflecting its precision and depth. With only 15,000 bottles produced annually, this is a rosé Champagne of character and longevity—drink now or cellar for up to 15 years.
