Tasting notes

This recently acquired plot is vinified for the first time by Château de Meursault. A pretty ruby color with purple tints. Fresh, fruity and aromatic. An intense bouquet of wild raspberries, fleshy strawberries and small notes of cassis with undertones of plum, cornflowers, lily, hints of liquorice, nutmeg and fine hints of laurel. Well-balanced and fruity oalate with some freshness and minerality. Juicy and ample, yet elegant with firm but mellow tannins and good persistence.
