Guillaume is the son of Henri Boillot, of the well-known Maison\/Domaine Henri Boillot in Volnay and Meursault, where he worked before starting his own project. His wife Camille, née Violot-Guillemard, is the fifth generation of a separate winegrowing family based in Pommard, where her father Christophe Violot-Guillemard runs the family estate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe couple farms a small base of owned vines alongside carefully sourced fruit across the Côte de Beaune, with holdings and purchases spanning Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard, Volnay, Auxey-Duresses, and regional Bourgogne Côte d’Or bottlings, up through Meursault 1er Cru ‘Les Charmes’ and Puligny ‘Les Enseignières’.
