Tasting notes
This wine presents a striking mental landscape deep and clear, yet not overtly luminous. Its charged colour palette evokes earthy tones of brown, Havana, and milk chocolate, gradually evolving toward golden hues and more pronounced fruit. On the palate, it is remarkably concentrated, triggering intense salivation with a horizontal, tingling texture and a strong tannic structure, accentuated by a subtle touch of carbon dioxide. The acidity then emerges with force broad, powerful, and tartaric framed by finely chiselled, compact tannins. Its vinosity is commanding: the attack is assertive, the liveliness pronounced, and the energy boundless, structured like a meticulous checkerboard.
